The AGRU story

Our milestones

The company's success is based on the entrepreneurial personality, vision and drive of its founder Alois Gruber Sr. who set up his own locksmith's shop and anodising plant in 1948.

While the smithying business was discontinued in the 1950s, the anodising plant was expanded to include powder coating and a wet coating shop.

6,000–7,000 m² of surface finishing is completed every day on three powder coating lines and one anodising line.
